{October 26, 2012}   10.26.2012 – I Feel Proud

I went running three times this week.  And today I did eight miles of hills.

Not counting the circuit workout I have planned for tomorrow after work, I have ran 18 miles this week…a leap from the zero miles I have been doing.  Starting next week, I am hoping to add more strength workouts into my routine.

I should also invest in a massage, because my muscles have been killing since getting back on track.
