Or Not. Either way, I have an ab program to stick to this month, and I will stick to it better than my other workout plans because I found it on Tumblr and everything that is put on Tumblr is more legit than anything I can think of at this moment.
It’s beautiful. And if I can actually pull of a 2 minute plank by the end of the month I’ll be doing pretty fantastic.

Carnation Breakfast Shake Mix in Chocolate
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Banana
Dash of Cinnamon
1 1/2 Cup Beet Greens (I’m guessing on this measurement)
I blended it all together in a bowl, then transferred it to the cup. It’s delicious and you cannot taste the greens.
Also, I lost five pounds. That makes me want to dance… a lot.
